Collaboration Commitment

Staff members at Telesis are committed to collaborating in many ways. Telesis staff members have chosen to work in a collaborative manner in order to give our students the best education possible.

Student Focused:  Our conversations are focused on students.  We are solution oriented as we use date to ensure academic success for all.

Professionalism:  We explicitly model professional behavior to our students, parents, and one another.  We are on time, prepared, and dedicated to the commitments that we have made.

Shared Responsibility:  We expect and believe that ALL members must share in “the work” that makes our school successful.  Shared leadership, shared input, shared feedback, and the contribution of all voices is an expectation.
